EG Coffee Beans
Freshly roasted, small-batch beans to bring the cart home with you. Three roasts, three personalities — from bright and fruity filter lots to a rich, chocolatey espresso blend. Roasted in-house, sealed fresh, no bad days. Pick your bag below.
Option 1: OG Blend · Espresso Roast
Indonesia (Gayo Highlands, Bener Meriah, Aceh, Sumatra) + Brazil (Alto Caparaó)
Our signature house blend and everyday workhorse — bright, complex Indonesian coffee paired with the smooth, nutty sweetness of Brazil. A balanced, approachable, full-bodied cup with brown sugar, chocolate and nutty notes; smooth enough to sip straight, rich enough to stand up to milk. Varietals: Catimor, Bourbon, Tim-tim & more · Natural & Washed · Medium roast. Built for the machine, the moka pot, or your morning ritual.
Option 2: Sumatra Kerinci, Indonesia · Filter Roast
Anaerobic Natural · Mixed Varietal (Sigararutang, Andung Sari, Lini S)
Produced by the Rukun Saudara Cooperative — 50 farmers on the volcanic slopes of Mount Kerinci. A juicy, fruit-forward filter roast bursting with orange, red apple and grape. The natural anaerobic fermentation gives it a bright, expressive cup with a clean, vibrant finish that showcases the terroir of the Kerinci Highlands — best brewed as pour-over, V60 or drip to let those notes shine. Origin: Gn. Tujuh, Jambi · 1,400–1,700 masl.
Option 3: Sumatra Semendo, Indonesia · Filter Roast
HSN 100 Hours · Mixed Varietal (Kartika, Andung Sari)
Curated by Curators Coffee Company, founded by Raymond Ali to support Indonesian coffee producers through innovative post-harvest processing. It undergoes a 100-hour hermetically sealed natural fermentation, followed by 28 days of slow drying on raised beds. The result is a deep, complex cup with dark grapes, mixed berries and raisin, finishing with a lingering chocolate sweetness — a heavier, richer filter for those who like their fruit notes on the darker side. Origin: Semendo Highlands, South Sumatra · 1,600–1,650 masl.
Freshness first. All beans are best enjoyed within 3 months of the roast date printed on each bag. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and keep the bag sealed between brews.
