IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PAWRENTS
Please read the following guidelines carefully before completing your booking:
-
Punctuality is Key: Shoots run strictly on schedule. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your booked timeslot to check in and let your fur kid settle down. Late arrivals will forfeit their session, as extensions cannot be granted.
-
Get Dressed to Impress: While Elephant Grounds will provide a selection of fun photo accessories, please ensure your pet is groomed, dressed, and camera-ready before your slot begins.
-
Group Size: Maximum of 4 pax (humans + pets combined) per session to ensure a smooth and comfortable shoot environment.
-
Photo Delivery: Your 3 edited high-resolution soft copy photos will be professionally retouched and emailed to you within 7–10 business days post-event.
-
Redemption of $20 dining voucher: pawrents must have a registered Bites Club account. If you aren't a member yet, our FOH team will be happy to assist you with quick registration on the day of your shoot!
